Founder & Camp Director

Aside from cheering for the Jazz and eating delicious Mexican food, Brooke is very passionate about women and leadership! Brooke recently finished her M.P.A. degree at the University of Utah.  She has worked in various leadership positions and with youth throughout her career and is currently a high school social studies and coach.  She has previously worked as a UVU Presidential Intern, Orientation Leader and Youth Camp Counselor/First Aid Specialist.

Assistant Camp Director

Assistant Camp Director

To say Natalie is excited about camp and leadership would be a great understatement. She graduated from USU in Communication & Public Relations and loves anything people. When she is not presenting throughout Utah for Zero Fatalities, you can find her in the mountains, hiking, backpacking, playing pickleball, softball or anything else active and fun. She loves teenagers and getting them pumped up to lead - and of course, making sure they buckle up!

Assistant Camp Director

As the middle of five daughters, Alyssa feels a great pull to the work of building strong female leaders. She currently teaches high school math with her degree from BYU and serves as youth leader to the Young Women in her neighborhood. In her free time, she reads (a lot), hikes, gardens (mostly indoors), and throws parties. Alyssa can’t wait for the party it will be when this year’s campers start accelerating toward their leadership potential!

Social Media Intern

Matilyn is a Senior at Utah State University. She is majoring in journalism and loves providing people information. As the Empower Her Leadership content coordinator, she aims to share not only camp information, but to inspire women of all ages to accomplish their goals. When she isn't looking for awesome articles to share, she likes to read, paint, and cook. After graduation, Mattie plans on seeking employment as a reporter.
